A super tasty spread packed with Rosella fruit, Hibiscus sabdariffa. Tastes similar to raspberry & rhubarb. This tart jam is a traditional delicacy in Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Delicious smothered on thick white toast or scones. Can also be mixed with BBQ sauce and served as a spicy chutney.
