Our in-house kitchen team prepares fresh and delicious salads daily, using the best in local produce from our Deli.

Our Thai chicken rice noodle salad is a favourite in the Deli and has fresh zesty flavours enjoyed on a warm summer's day.

Served with cabbage, bok choy, carrot, spring onion, red capsicum, coriander, mint, Thai basil, chilli & crispy onion. The accompanying sauce includes garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy & lime.

Our salads come in various sizes including:

Classic - serves 6-8 as a side salad (approx 800g)
Grande - serves 10-14 as a side salad (approx 1.2kg)
Ultimate - serves 15-18 as a side salad (approx 1.4kg)
