Our award winning Grandmother's Ham is glazed by our in-house chefs with Rosalie's spiced orange marmalade glaze. Succulent and sweet, the glazed ham comes presented as a whole piece served ready to eat or reheat and serve.
Our extremely popular Grandmother's Ham is a fully boned leg which is hand trimmed and tied with the skin left over, then smoked over German beech. Sulphite free. Our (half size) Grandmother Hams are approximately 2.0 to 3kg (baked weight).
Cry-o-vac sealed for freshness, and served with the optional addition of a pot of Rosalie's spiced orange marmalade ham glaze, our Glazed Grandmother's Ham may be collected in advance of 24 December for easy storage in your fridge if you wish to collect it earlier.
Please note that the hams lose approx 10% of their original weight as a result of being glazed & baked. Our price per kg is based on the baked weight.
